What do I do if something is damaged from shipping?
Must be done within 24 hours of receiving shipment ( No exceptions)
Put damaged order number in "Subject line"
There are no refunds on food, drinks, clothing etc. and we can not take back these items so it up to our Mom Bulk LP discretion on returns.
Please if you noticed a damaged box send us a photo showing your shipping labels. and then if anything is damaged inside send that photo along with invoice photo inside.
*Most returns are excepted and resent out quickly, there are no exceptions on speciality and non returnable items. Insurance is offered for any items.
